WOWFlows (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website [wowflows.com.au] and in the course of our work, how we use it, and your choices. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

The information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business when you fill in our contact form, questionnaire, or newsletter sign-up, or when you email us.
Client content: if you become a client, the materials you provide for your build — such as your contract, invoice details, images and written content.
Payment information: invoices and payments are handled through our invoicing and payment tools. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
Technical information: when you visit the website we may automatically collect basic data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived, through cookies and analytics.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you (through forms, questionnaires, email and the work we do together) and automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you browse the site.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your information to: - respond to your enquiry and assess which package suits you; - deliver, manage and support your build; - send transactional messages (confirmations, invoices, project updates); - send marketing emails where you have opted in (see below); - improve our website and services; and - meet our legal and tax obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
Marketing emails and your choices
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages relating to a service you’ve engaged us for are not marketing.
Who we share your information with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with: - Service providers who help us run our business — for example our website host [Squarespace], CRM and workflow tool [Studio Ninja], email platform [Flodesk], our payment/invoicing provider, and analytics tools; - Professional advisers (such as our accountant), where needed; and - Authorities or others where required or permitted by law.
Overseas storage
Some of the tools we use store data on servers outside Australia (for example in the United States). By using our website and services, you acknowledge your information may be stored or processed overseas.
How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to hold it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable providers and sensible safeguards.
Accessing and correcting your information

WOWFlows provides done-for-you workflow and email-automation builds for wedding vendors, set up in tools such as Studio Ninja and Flodesk.
About this website
The website is here to tell you about our services and let you get in touch. The information on it is general and may change at any time. We try to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it’s complete or current.
Our services and your engagement
Anything on the website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. If you go ahead, the work itself is governed by a separate Service Agreement you’ll sign before we begin. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement wins for that engagement.
Pricing, quotes and payments
Prices are in Australian dollars. Package prices are listed inclusive of GST; add-on services are quoted plus GST.
Prices and inclusions may change, and any quote or recommended package is confirmed when we send your agreement and invoice.
Payment terms, deposits and schedules are set out in your Service Agreement and invoices.
Your responsibilities
When you work with us, you agree to give us accurate information and to respond within reasonable timeframes so we can deliver on schedule. You confirm that any content, images or materials you provide are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them, and that we may use them to build your system.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, copy and design on this website — including the WOWFlows brand and the Flo character — are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and use of the systems and materials we build for clients are dealt with in your Service Agreement.
Third-party tools and links
We build within third-party platforms (such as Studio Ninja and Flodesk) and may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for those platforms or sites, their terms, their pricing, or their availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No guaranteed results
We build systems designed to save you time and help you convert more enquiries, but we can’t guarantee specific bookings, revenue or results, as those depend on factors outside our control.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than for rights that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
